I grew up in Montana and, even as young man, spent much of my time when I wasn’t in school working. After migrating from Montana through Phoenix and onto the San Francisco Bay Area, I began my career in marketing and sales. Now, 20 (or so) years later, I am happy to have owned multiple businesses ranging from marketing agencies to a restaurant and bar, and managed marketing organizations within aerospace, technology, not-for-profit and advertising agencies.
My first taste of real estate started in the late ’90s and has continued through commercial real estate and, after relocating to Seattle, full time residential real estate.
In between these, I proudly received a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington in Seattle. My family and I moved to the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle in 1995 and then the Wedgwood neighborhood in 2009. We now have an amazing daughter and a slightly schizophrenic dog. I am passionate about a few things: making sure my clients are taken care of, supporting my family, and supporting the communities we are in. I currently chair a not-for-profit philanthropy group and serve on local board and committees, including joining the Board of Governors of the Columbia Tower Club in 2015.

I would like to be your trusted adviser in perhaps one of the most important and expensive transactions of your life: buying or selling your home. To say that buying a home can be a stressful experience is surely an understatement. The physical search for a home is the easy part. It’s the subsequent financing, inspection and negotiations with sellers that help to make this such a “memorable” experience.
When you want to sell your home, you must find a real estate agent whom you trust, then you need to dig up records of every defect and/or improvement to the mechanical, electrical and structural systems in your house. Then there’s tidying, cleaning, painting, mending, mowing, weeding and trimming. But the most important thing you can do to get ready to sell your home is to know your market so that you price your home competitively and with the best chance for a timely sale. Can this be stressful? You bet!
That’s why I’m here.. Let me make your home-buying or home-selling experience the best that it can be. Let me put my strong communications skills to work negotiating on your behalf. Let me share my solid and timely knowledge of Seattle’s real estate market with you. And best of all, let me shoulder some of the stresses of the process so that you can hang onto your peace of mind. I listen, you talk, I understand and then advise, and, ultimately, you win. Call me. Let’s talk about what I can do for you.

Jerri is a proud Seattle native who was raised with two brothers in the Magnolia neighborhood. As the Front Desk/Sales Order Coordinator for the Seattle office, Jerri’s smiling face will be the first you see when you enter the Seattle RE/MAX office. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude are seen an asset to the RE/MAX team. Past positions include Executive Assistant for software, healthcare, and insurance companies, Patient Care Coordinator for Harborview Medical Center, and the sole owner and operator of a successful childcare business.
Jerri has three children and nothing makes her happier than a weekend adventure in their company. She loves all that Washington has to offer, but holds a special place in her heart for Washington beaches and islands. Who says you need sand to enjoy the beach?! You’ll often find her taking the scenic route as discovering new places and rediscovering old brings her great joy.
She is passionate about animal welfare and has volunteered in the rehabilitation and foster care of abused and injured animals. Jerri is equally passionate about music; she likes it current, loud and dance-able!
